what is mean by digital security risk ? Throughout this topic . i would like to share with you guys some of the term and type of crimminals that we always heard or mybe some of you did'nt familiar with any illegal involving the used of computer or devices . 

Alright , we go back to the main topic . haha . Digital security risk . It can be defined as any event or action that could cause a loss of or damage  to a computer or mobile devices  hardware, data , information or processing capability. 

For me , people should aware and that digital security risk can affect the achievement of their economic and social objectives and that their management of digital security risk can affect others. They should be empowered with the education and skills necessary to understand this risk to help manage it, and to evaluate the potential impact of their digital security risk management decisions on their activities and the overall digital environment. 

All the stakeholder also should act responsibly and be accountable, based on their roles, the context and their ability to act, for the management of digital security risk and for taking into account the potential impact of their decisions on others. They should recognise that a certain level of digital security risk has to be accepted to achieve economic and social objectives.

Digital security risk management should be implemented in a manner that is consistent with human rights and fundamental values recognised by democratic societies, including the freedom of expression, the free flow of information, the confidentiality of information and communication, the protection of privacy and personal data, openness and fair process. Digital security risk management should be based on ethical conduct which respects and recognises the legitimate interests of others and of the society as a whole. Organisations should have a general policy of transparency about their practices and procedures to manage digital security risk.

Computer crime, or cybercrime, is crime that involves a computer and a network. The computer may have been used in the commission of a crime, or it may be the target.

Sometimes it referred to as a hacker that illegally browses or steal a individual's private informations .In some cases , this person or group of individuals may be malicious and destroy or otherwise corrupt the computer or data files .
